I have a passion for pizza that began when I was growing up in New York. After working in the industry, however, I realized that most pizzas were undercooked and not very exciting. I decided to create a pizza that was "well done" in both senses of the phrase. I feel confident that our pizza exceeds what I had hoped for when I first began refining recipes.
Join me as I work to share well done pizza with the public. Our loyal following already extends well beyond our Florida location, with tourists and "snowbirds" eagerly awaiting a Steve's Wood Fired Pizza location in their home state.
