What will I receive as part of the Steve's Wood Fired Pizza franchise system?
You will complete training at our headquarters, plus get pre-opening help at your location. You'll also receive, among other things, a detailed procedures manual that includes our exclusive pizza recipes, the rights to use our trademarks, and access to our marketing materials and operational tools and techniques.

Do I need prior experience in running a restaurant?
Background in the industry experience is a plus, and restaurant operations experience is required of at least one partner of the franchised location. But we also look for franchisees that have strong business management and sales skills, a passion for great food, and a dedication to providing superior customer service.

How much will the Steve's Wood Fired Pizza franchise investment cost me?
The estimated required investment ranges between $194,500 and $535,000, including a franchise fee of $25,000. As with any new business venture, it's important that you have the capital needed to adequately fund your new business.

Are there ongoing fees paid to the franchisor?
Franchisees will be required to pay a royalty of 6% of gross revenues. These fees allow us to fund our ongoing support services and the continued development of new recipes, procedures, marketing tools, training programs, and systems upgrades.

Are there any advertising fees?
Franchisees will be required to spend at least 2% of revenues on local marketing. Franchisees will also contribute up to 2% of gross revenues toward a system marketing fund. Funds are used to develop marketing strategies to promote the Steve's Wood Fired Pizza brand and fund the creative costs to develop local franchise marketing materials.

Is financing available?
No, we do not offer direct financing to franchisees. We may be able to provide references to qualified lending agencies, on a case-by-case basis.

What is the term of the franchise agreement?
The initial term of your Steve's Wood Fired Pizza franchise agreement is five years, with three subsequent five-year renewal terms.
